Returns

We cannot accept returns once plants have left our care.

All summer bedding plants must be protected from frost and kept hydrated. 
Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee the colour of the plants will match the label, mistakes are rare but we are just human.

Damage on Delivery:

If your order arrives damaged, it's important to notify us within 24hrs so we can assist.

 

Inspection:

Inspect your order upon delivery to ensure you are happy with the goods.
